Product Description
We are pleased to offer our Desiccant Heatless Air Dryer which is designed to provide clean, dry air for industrial and commercial applications. It is suitable for all types of compressed air systems. It is constructed with a robust stainless steel housing and is equipped with an advanced digital control system for precise operation. It works to reduce moisture levels in the air and prevent corrosion and rust in the compressor. It also reduced energy costs by reducing the energy required to compress the air. The Desiccant Heatless Air Dryer is also equipped with a built-in safety shut-off system to prevent over-drying and to protect the compressor from damage. Easy to install and maintain dryer is equipped with an easy-to-read digital display and a user-friendly control panel for easy operation. Its built-in timer ensures that the air is dried at the correct time and its built-in self-diagnostic system detects any issues with the system and alert the user.
Technical Certitude
- Compressed Air Flow: It can be designed for compressed air flow from 6 m3/hr to 3000m3 /hr ( 3.5 cfm to 1800 cfm).
- Compressed air Pressure :- In most application offered Dry air at 7.0 Kg/cm2 g pressure is suitable however it can be designed for 50 Kg/cm2 g compressed air pressure.
- Dew Point :-Desiccant dryers are used where dry air application required up to ADP (-) 40 deg C TO (-) 80 deg C & PDP (-) 20 deg C to (-) 70 deg C
